❤ Custom butterfly, fern leaf, and floating flower embroidery.

❤ Tempered glass butterfly beads, custom heart hardware throughout.

Processing + Shipping

❤ Processing time is 3-10 business days.
❤ Shipping time will take an additional 3-7 business days for U.S. orders.

Returns + Exchanges

By purchasing from our website you agree to the exchanges and returns policy outlined below. We have the right to refuse an exchange or return if it does not meet the criteria below.

EXCHANGES:
We accept exchanges only under these conditions:

❤ You must contact us within 7 days of your order delivery date.
❤ We do NOT accept exchanges on panties or swimwear bottoms.
❤ We will only accept an exchange for the same style in a different size, unless it's sold out.
❤ We do not cover exchange shipping fees.
❤ All items must be in their original unworn condition with all tags and packaging. We cannot accept exchanges on international orders.
❤ If you purchased Route, then you are covered for any items damaged in transit! Click here to learn more about what Route covers. If you qualify, you can file a claim with Route’s team here.
❤ If you did not purchase Route, or you received the wrong item/size, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.

RETURNS:
❤ You must contact us within 7 days of your order delivery date.
❤ We can only accept returns for reasons of our fault (i.e. wrong size sent, damages, etc.) on unworn items with original tags and packaging. Otherwise, we do not accept returns.
❤ We cannot accept returns on international orders.
