EXCHANGES:
We accept exchanges only under these conditions:
β€ You must contact us within 7 days of your order delivery date.
β€ We do NOT accept exchanges on panties or swimwear bottoms.
β€ We will only accept an exchange for the same style in a different size, unless it's sold out.
β€ We do not cover exchange shipping fees.
β€ All items must be in their original unworn condition with all tags and packaging.
We cannot accept exchanges on international orders.
β€ If you purchased Route, then you are covered for any items damaged in transit! Click here to learn more about what Route covers. If you qualify, you can file a claim with Routeβs team here.
β€ If you did not purchase Route, or you received the wrong item/size, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.
RETURNS:
β€ You must contact us within 7 days of your order delivery date.
β€ We can only accept returns for reasons of our fault (i.e. wrong size sent, damages, etc.) on unworn items with original tags and packaging. Otherwise, we do not accept returns.
β€ We cannot accept returns on international orders.
β€ All sale items and Mystery Box items are final sale and not eligible for an exchange or return.
