WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
PRE-ORDERS: Every Pre-Order item has a unique delivery window. Be sure to reference the individual item for approximate shipping time frames. If you still have not received a tracking number, and the shipping time frame has passed, please contact us.
IN-STOCK ORDERS: Items that are in stock will ship out within 1-3 business days from the date the order is placed.
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
- If your order tracking says "Delivered", and you still have not received your package you should contact the shipping provider (USPS in most cases) immediately. They should be able to locate your package for you. If they cannot, a claim needs to be filed with them as soon as possible. All orders shipped with USPS Priority Mail are insured for up to $100.
- We are not responsible for lost packages. If you have gone through the claim filing process with USPS and have been rejected, please contact us with proof of claim rejection and we can try to help you out.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to see if we can help make things right. We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase of any UNUSED MERCHANDISED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. We can only accept returns for reasons of our fault, e.i. wrong size sent, damaged product, item not as described, etc. We cannot accept returns for any other reasons. Please contact us before shipping back any returns.
- DUE TO SANITARY REASONS, SWIMWEAR AND LINGERIE IS NON-RETURNABLE.
WILL YOU BE RESTOCKING SOLD OUT ITEMS?
If you are looking for an item that is sold out, chances are it won't be restocked. Almost all items are EXCLUSIVE LIMITED QUANTITY styles. You can always contact us to see if we will be restocking any specific items.
